• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (tags and hygiene seals intact).
• Returns are accepted only if the item is in resellable condition.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Lingerie, panties, thongs, or bodysuits once worn or tried on.
• Hosiery (stockings, bodystockings).
• Final sale or clearance items.

🔄 Exchanges

• If you received the wrong item, size, or a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

💰 Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method (minus shipping costs).
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
